We had a very specific request: find us a parcel of land with a specific amount of acreage, in a specific school district, for a specific price. Oh, and make sure it’s perked so we can build our dream home on it. He found a lot of options for us. When we found the parcel we loved, he negotiated a price $10k less than what was asked!!     Beau is a great realtor. He is experienced, and knowledgeable of all the different scenarios that could happen before, during, and after closing. Beau went out of his way countless times, to ensure our needs were met, and to negotiate our closing date. It took us over 60 days to close on our house due to construction issues but all in all, everything worked out. Beau even helped us keep our rate lock with our mortgage lender, because he knew we were getting a good rate and he didn't want it to slip away after the contract deadline. It was a great experience working with Beau, and I highly recommend his service!
